Tokyo, October 1, 2025 — Japan InvestmentCorporation (“JIC”) and INCJ, Ltd. (“INCJ”) hereby announce that the merger byabsorption, as disclosed in the “Notice regarding merger by absorption(simplified merger/short-form merger) of INCJ by JIC” dated August 19, 2025,has been completed today as scheduled. JIC is the surviving company and INCJ isthe absorbed company.
